A Shaman of the Bear sent out a request for aid. His acolyte presented him with a group of three men, Benedict, Ian McQuade and Mark. Their goals varied, but they had a long history of adventuring together. The Shaman explained that he needed a curse removed, but he could not personally interfere. He could however offer the aid of Kiernan, a scout from a neighboring Tribe. She had helped Benedict out of a tight spot the previous season, and they were glad to work with her.
