Under Heroic, every Chapter runs one or more Games. Each Game is lead by a Head of Plot who is responsible for the Game staff, including Senior Plot, Plot Members, NPCs, and Marshals of various types.

If a Game shares story with other Games, be it through a shared world or group of worlds or other mechanisms of easy travel from one to another, they are organized into the same Campaign. Each Campaign organizes its own Campaign Committee according to the shared vision of the Heads of Plot involved in that Campaign. Each Campaign Committee includes at least one member of the Board, even if the Board Member serves only in an advisory capacity, but all other aspects of Campaign governance are in the hands of the Games involved, whether that entails a vote of some type or a single leader.

If a Game is in its own world and not closely connected to other Games, it is its own Campaign, and responsible for putting together all of the Lore and Plot that normally is handled by the Campaign committee.
